Why 5 full-size cooking zones?
Because the round air inlet nozzle saves space. BORA uses the area above the nozzle on the X Pure Max for an additional, fully functional cooking zone. Even with the BORA grill pan, three full cooking zones remain free – enough to prepare a complete menu.
Clearly controlled: BORA xControl
How do you operate the BORA X Pure Max? By means of a 5-inch touchscreen or, if desired, additionally via control knobs.
Maximum control at a glance
The 5-inch touchscreen clearly guides you through the menu with text and images. Settings can be adjusted quickly, easily, and precisely. Dynamic white and red lighting clearly indicates which cooking zones are active.
An eye-catcher in matt and high-gloss finishes
The BORA X Pure Max is available with either matt or high-gloss glass ceramic and adapts to individual design preferences and different kitchen designs. Both variants can be installed flush with the worktop.
Matt or high-gloss – what is the difference?
Matt glass-ceramic shows significantly fewer signs of wear and fingerprints and has a velvety-elegant appearance. High-gloss glass ceramic reflects light and emphasizes the depth of the surface.
Easy filter changes
The odour filter can be conveniently removed and replaced from above in recirculation – without dismantling drawers or plinth panels.
Easy cleaning
High-quality materials and easily accessible components make cleaning the BORA X Pure Max particularly convenient: the air inlet nozzle and stainless steel grease filter can be easily removed and cleaned in the dishwasher.
X Pure Max in recirculation & exhaust air
Recirculation is suitable when venting to the outside is not possible – for example, in apartments or new buildings with an airtight building envelope (as is common in modern low-energy or passive houses). Exhaust air is recommended when ducting to the outside is already present or planned. The BORA X Pure Max is available in both versions.
Recirculation
A recirculation cooktop extractor filters cooking odours and grease particles from the air by means of a grease and odour filter and releases them back into the kitchen environment in a cleaned state.
Exhaust air
An exhaust air cooktop extractor directs the extracted air to the outside via a duct system including a wall sleeve – through the exterior wall, roof or basement.
